VIDEO: RELAXATION EXERCISE
A few minutes just sitting quietly and picturing your problems floating away can have a wonderful effect on your well-being. This exercise is a hypnosis visualization that may leave you feeling refreshed and energized.

VIDEO NOTE

Imagine yourself resting on a cloud, comfortably and calm, nothing but blue sky and a few other clouds drifting nearby.

You are protected by a golden shield, and nothing harmful can affect you.

All the hurtful feelings and bad experiences of your day are sealed inside a clay ball, and you drop them from your cloud.

You leave all your worries far below. You can pick them up again later if you need to.

You feel very light and free, safe, and complete.

After your deep relaxation, you find yourself fully awake, lively, and refreshed.
